On February 19, 2009 at 6:00 PM, at the headquarters of FusionWorks in San Juan, Puerto Rico; took place the signing of documents by which Mr. Romeo de la Cruz, CEO from BiCon and Mr. Jorge Mejía, CEO from FusionWorks formalized the partnership between these two companies for the distribution in Central America and Panama of Prophix.

This alliance allows FusionWorks to have an extension of coverage to this region and allows BiCon to expand the functionallity toward our customers to  fulfilling our organizational commitment to provide better tools that meet their growing needs and the best market prices.
