Our methodology

Projects are developed using an Interactive 3-phase methodology. First phase: a basic conceptual explanation; second phase: an extended understanding concept study trough the models construction or component development according to the business key questions or the execution stage objectives. This work is done with the project team. Last, the project team keeps running the project, without BiCon direct involvement, founded on working set plan of working set.

The three phases represent a continuous process until the project is complete. It is important to mention that there is an active participation expectative for the involved team in the different project phases, so that each one can interact directly with the concepts and how these are practiced. The work in customer installations is total immersion type, to say full time participation.

It is recommended to ensure that participants get an appropriate knowledge and the project is developed on time and the right way, so the team can be entirely devoted to the project.
