On 2009 a strategic Alliance took place: BiCon, a Guatemalan consulting company; and CPS, a Uruguayan consulting company, specialized in the health sector and maat Gknowledge, Spaniard consulting company, specialized in diverse software solutions. The objective of this alliance is to strength these companies presence in their geographical areas and raid in other areas without competing among them, integrating the individual strength in order to focus in their actual and future customer’s punctual needs and provide greatest benefits trough this.

With the alliance, CPS and maat Gknowledge are looking for the central american market, through BiCon business support. On the other hand, BiCon looks for the incursion in the health area with its proven methodologies.
